The Pit mounted weighbridge is one of the most widely used weighbridge types. As the name indicates, the weighbridge is fitted in a pit. The top surface of the weighbridge platform fits in level with the ground, leaving the installation site flat and usable for vehicles and another movement across the weighbridge. The electronic components of a typical electronic weighbridge has – a Digital Weight Controller and Load cells.
Digital Weighbridge Controller
The TEFl221 Xellent is a microprocessor-based digital weighbridge Indicator, equipped with a bright Red LED for displaying weights and an in-built RS232 Serial Port which can be used for interfacing the Indicator to any IBM compatible PC or other remote devices.
The TEFl221 Xellent can source up to 8 Load Cells and can be digitally calibrated through external panel keys, fully programmable.
